All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 6 weeks before it is due to start a full refund will be issued minus a discretionary administration fee of £25.00.  If you cancel less than 6 weeks before the start date of your booking, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable if we are unable to re-let.  However, if we are able to re-let the week, a full refund will be provided, minus a discretionary administration fee of £25.00

We strongly recommend you arrange insurance to cover such eventualities. Your booking will not be cancelled by the owner except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control. Any cancellation by the owner will result in a full refund of all monies paid by you.

Pets (dogs only – no other pets are permitted).  Number 6 is located on a working croft.  There are chickens, sheep and cattle nearby.  Your dog(s) must be kept on a lead when you are in an area with livestock.  You may be prosecuted and/or fined if you do not keep your dog on a lead.  The farmer has the right to shoot your dog if it is worrying livestock.  This is an exceptionally important piece of legislation and we would recommend that you make yourself fully aware of this before your visit.  https://www.parliament.scot/bills-and-laws/bills/dogs-protection-of-livestock-amendment-scotland-bill

• A maximum of two well behaved dogs are permitted
• Dogs are not allowed on the beds
• Please dry your dog thoroughly before allowing them into the property
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s)
• Your dog(s) must not be left unattended in the property
• Proper control of your dog(s) is essential.  Failure to keep your dog on a lead around the livestock at Number 6 may result in the termination of your stay.  We take the protection of our animals very seriously and you must too.
